This service is offered free of charge to Chanas Assurances‘ “car” policyholders, allowing them to benefit from their compensation within 24 hours as soon as they agree on the settlement offer.

Conditions to benefit from the Quick Payment Auto

  • To have subscribed to the Automobile branch;
  • To have paid your premium in full;
  • To have subscribed to the guarantee of advance on recourse for the insured in civil liability (RC) provided that the report is in favor of our customer;
  • To have subscribed to theguarantee assistance to the repair or damage all accidents;
  • Be in possession of the official report of the police, the gendarmerie, an amicable report or a bailiff’s report;
  • To have suffered material damage only;
  • The accident must involve two vehicles in Cameroonian territory insured by local companies

The amount of the loss must be less than 1,000,000 CFA francs.
